Arcane Journal: Empire Of Man

The Empire is a vast and prosperous, if troubled, land. Since the time of Sigmar – when a hero unified the twelve tribes of Men that dwelt between the Worlds Edge Mountains and the shores of the Sea of Claws – the Empire has stood defiant in the face of the encroaching darkness. This supplement explores the background and history of the myriad of states that make up the Empire of Man, as well as the forces and regiments that fight to defend them. Used in conjunction with Warhammer: The Old World – Forces of Fantasy, this book arms you with even more in-depth rules, allowing you to use your collection of mighty Empire of Man warriors and knights in new and exciting ways.Within this 48-page supplement book, you will find:– The Empire of Man: Lore and background of the Empire of Man and its many states.– Armies of Infamy: Rules to field two unique Armies of Infamy – the City-state of Nuln, and the Empire Of Man Knightly Orders.– Special Character & Unit Profiles: Background and rules for units and characters, including Harald Gemunsen, Grand Master of the Knights Panther, and General Hans von Löwenhacke.– Knightly Orders of The Empire: Includes rules for Knightly Order upgrades for Grand Masters, Chapter Masters, Inner Circle Knights, Empire Knights, or Demigryph Knights.– Empire of Man Magic Items: Provides the rules for Magic Weapons, Magic Armour, Talismans, Magic Standards, Enchanted Items, and Arcane Items. This is an expansion to Warhammer: The Old World – you’ll need copies of the Warhammer: The Old World Rulebook and Warhammer: The Old World – Forces of Fantasy, both available separately, to use the contents of this book.
